Grant Achatz at Alinea for Red Bull
I was hired by Red Bull to document their executive chef Mr Trettl from Red Bull Hangar-7 in Austria visiting Grant Achatz at his restaurant Alinea in Chicago. Grant Achatz was planing the menu at Hanger 7 with Mr Trettl in Chicago on this visit and then Grant went to Austria to cook with Red Bull. -
